Position Profiles:
- Senior OCM Leads – 12+ years of progressively challenging experience leading complex enterprise-wide change projects (business process improvement, organizational design and job restructuring, etc.). Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. Big firm experience and advanced degrees preferred.
This is a great long-term assignment for a seasoned consultant who brings not only organizational change management expertise but also that “can do attitude” to get the job done! Consultants currently living in or willing to relocate to the Washington D.C. area are preferred, but those who can travel to this area on a weekly basis are also encouraged to apply.
