					<description><![CDATA[As an EA myself at Zappos this made me smile.  Although, I am known as a Time Ninja - the responsibilities are the same.  I too have a young son, and I can very much relate.  I thought this was a clever and cute look at a working mother&#039;s life as an assistant.  You are needed all day and all night.  It can be a nice feeling, and also a stressful one.  Thanks for making me smile!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Liz G.]]></description>
