Ms. Terry Norton is a Lead Consultant at Plus Delta Consulting, LLC. Ms. Norton specializes in corporate and lifestyle coaching and works with her clients to develop professional and personal success by helping them realize their blind spots and embrace new behaviors that bring about powerful changes in their working relationships.

She teaches at Mount Saint Mary’s College and is certified in the PCSI instrument and DiSC Classic Profile. Ms. Norton is a member of the International Coaching Federation as well.
