Ms. Kim Barnett is the National Director of Client Solutions at Plus Delta Consulting, LLC. Ms. Barnett possesses over 25 years experience in program management and consultative sales, with a keen focus on solving complex business problems for Fortune 500 and mid-market organizations. She has a proven track record of success designing and implementing customized solutions for senior executives and business leaders that create lasting change and deliver bottom-line results to their companies.

Ms. Barnett has particular expertise in account management, organizational change management, project management, and professional technical services. Some of her career highlights include:

• Managed multiple global ERP implementations within separate business units at one company; Engagement totaled over $2M in professional fees with as many as 6 individual consultants providing targeted support.
• Collaborated with consultants and client contacts and provided oversight throughout the initiative to ensure all program objectives were met; Delivered critical project communications that offered continuity to the team and resulted in enhanced program success.
• Facilitated increased return on investment by proposing strategic solutions and guiding clients to implement proven techniques to increase internal capacity for managing large-scale transformational changes.

Ms. Barnett received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine. She also completed MBA coursework at the University of San Diego and has been a member of various organization development, project management, and management consulting associations.

Prior to joining Plus Delta, Ms. Barnett was Director of Client Solutions for Implementation Management Associates. She began her career in professional services at Unisys Corporation providing technology software solutions to major corporations and since served as Senior Account Executive for two incentive marketing agencies.
