Mr. Cris Hagen is a Senior Director at Plus Delta Consulting, LLC. With more than 25 years experience as a management consultant, Mr. Hagen has a solid track record for leading successful large-scale change initiatives and designing high performance organizations across industries and a broad range of work functions.

Mr. Hagen has particular expertise in change management, performance management, business process improvement, leadership development, and executive coaching. Some of his project highlights include:

• Led successful change management efforts for several global ERP systems implementation initiatives to ensure universal adoption of the new systems as well as complete realization of the intended benefits.
• Managed various business process improvement projects to improve organizational productivity, reduce overall operating expenses, and enhance employee utilization.
• Developed organization redesign strategies and collaborated with senior leadership to improve organizational effectiveness, enhance teamwork, and increase employee engagement.
• Designed, developed, and implemented leadership development and performance management systems to align performance and employee development to corporate growth strategies.
• Collaborated with Sales leadership teams to improve sales revenue, reduce turnover, increase sales force effectiveness, and improve adoption of new procedures.

Mr. Hagen holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from San Diego State University as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC San Diego. He has published several articles and presented on the topics of leadership, teamwork, culture change, and program management. He was also recognized as the 2008 “HR Executive of the Year” by the National Human Resources Association – Ventura County chapter.

Prior to joining Plus Delta, Mr. Hagen served as Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Acquisition at Move (formerly Homestore). He previously held senior-level internal and external positions at firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Louis Allen Worldwide, Prudential Healthcare, and Rockwell International.
